Patricia R. Aubort

Patricia Aubort has more than 20 years broad experience in the healthcare industry. She provides financial advisory services in the areas of physician practice management, operations, mergers and acquisitions, physician compensation and valuations of physician practices, IPAs and other healthcare entities.

She has served both private and publicly-traded companies in various finance-related capacities during her career, including CFO, finance executive, financial and operational consultant, and tax accountant.

She also developed tax expertise in the healthcare industry as a manager of tax for a Big Four public accounting firm.

Pat earned a bachelor of science in business administration from St. Louis University and a master of business administration from California State University – Long Beach

She is a frequent speaker — including at Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Conferences, Beard Healthcare Conferences, and The IPA Association of California (TIPAA).

Pat is a member of the American Institute of C.P.A.s, California Society of C.P.A.s, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Pat holds a certification in valuation from NACVA.

Litigation firms have utilized Pat’s financial expertise in litigation support, and she has provided expert testimony for a number of cases during trial.
